Warehouse of original spare parts
Each service center has a warehouse of original Solis/Sonalika spare parts. The warehouses store the necessary spare parts for Tractors and Implements for prompt repair of equipment. If a rare part is needed, it can be ordered directly from the Solis manufacturer.
Therefore, delivery of the required part takes only a few days. Don’t worry, your Solis Uzbekistan will not be idle due to lack of spare parts or maintenance!
Official service center
In each country, each Solis distributor has a service center (SC). They employ technical specialists who have been trained at the manufacturer, and also regularly improve their skills at special trainings. A Solis service center has also been established in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It carries out both scheduled maintenance of tractors and attachments, as well as their warranty/post-warranty repairs. Solis equipment is serviced at the service center in the suburbs of the capital Tashkent.
Mobile technical support teams
For prompt repairs, Solis mobile technical support teams were formed during the service. Each group has its own car, which is equipped with the necessary equipment and tools. This is a real “Ambulance”, but only for agricultural machinery!
Mobile technical assistance teams are always ready to help our clients and move throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our specialists will come to provide technical assistance even in the field – where the tractor has stalled, or even to the farmer’s home.
